In January 2025, Ankush Tagore was building RentAra—a tool that automates rent collection, tenant screening, maintenance tracking, and financial reporting from one dashboard—while working full-time at a fintech company. Handling two demanding roles left him exhausted, and he realized that writing code was only half the battle.
